IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
*Candidates who have the right to register from the reserve can make their final registration until 15.00 on Friday, 22.09.2022.
*Substitute registrations will be made online, and no documents will be delivered by hand.
*Substitute candidates who are entitled to register will make their registrations via the link https://obs.alparslan.edu.tr/oibs/fss_app/login.aspx and will be able to log in to the application system with the e-mail and password they used in the application. After clicking the "Online Registration" option in the "Online Registration Procedures" menu in the window that opens, the commitment letter in the system must be read and approved.
*Candidates who have made a primary registration and placed in a higher preference as a result of the reserve placement must re-enter the online registration system and confirm their final registration again. Otherwise, they will lose their registration rights.
