Hasan Mensur Aslan, a 4th year student of Muş Alparslan University Faculty of Sports Sciences, achieved a great success as the first in Turkey in the Turkish Sport Climbing Speed Championship held in Ankara.
In the Sports Climbing Turkey Championship Speed Discipline competitions held by the Turkish Mountaineering Federation in Ankara on 5-6 April 2025, Muş Nature Sports Specialised Club (MUDOSK) athletes achieved important degrees.
Hasan Mensur Aslan, who prepared for the competitions under the guidance of MUDOSK President Mehmet Çağlayan and club coach Melek Nur Karataş, a graduate student of our university's Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Sports Management, became the champion of Turkey in the senior category and made Muş and our university proud.
In the same championship, Ramazan İnanç, a student of Muş Alparslan University Department of Sports Management, performed successfully by reaching the semi-finals in the senior category, while 17-year-old Süleyman Vural, who competed in the Junior A category, came third in Turkey.
