Derya Kunur, a student in our Faculty’s Department of Coaching Education, brought great pride to our university by winning first place in the women’s category at the 10-kilometre 1920 Run, organised by Anadolu Agency and held in Ankara on 5 April 2026.
In this event, which saw a high turnout, our athlete outpaced her rivals to reach the top of the podium thanks to her high performance throughout the race, her disciplined preparation process and her strong finish.
This significant achievement reflects our university’s science-based educational philosophy and practical training processes, whilst also serving as an inspiring example for our young athletes. As the Faculty management, we congratulate our student and wish them continued success.
